CompPair R&D Team attends industry events: SpaceTech Expo and Metstrade!

Robin Triguiera, CTO of CompPair, and Cecilia Scazzoli, R&D Manager, attended two industry specific events in November.

They started their trip in Bremen, attending the Space Tech Expo, Europe’s largest exhibition and conference for the space industry.  It was a a premier meeting place for space business, technology and innovation. CompPair has been active in the aerospace industry in 2021, thanks to our collaboration with ESA, the European Space Agency, and their business incubator. As part of the ESA BIC Switzerland program, the CompPair team is in full swing in developing space parts with our healable composite materials. Robin and Cecilia were hosted at the ESA stand and were able to meet some leads and potential partners. This was a very successful event and CompPair looks forward to attend next year!

From Germany, Robin and Cecilia traveled to Amsterdam to attend Metstrade. This is the world’s largest trade exhibition of marine equipment, materials and systems. It was a great occasion to see the new innovations and applications in the marine sector, in which we currently have a few implementations. It was interesting to see the new technologies and trends in the boating industry.
