Our B Corp Journey

At CompPair, this journey began with a clear vision: to embed sustainability, governance, and social impact into the foundation of our growing business. We wanted to ensure that as we scaled our operations, we upheld our values and took meaningful steps to build a truly sustainable company.

We started with an internal review using B Lab’s B Impact Assessment tool, which helped us identify key areas to strengthen—from social engagement to governance and environmental responsibility. Over the course of 18 months, we worked to integrate ESG principles into all aspects of our work—from product development to our daily operations.

Our efforts paid off: CompPair achieved an impressive B Impact Score of 91, driven particularly by the positive environmental impact of our HealTech™ technology, which significantly reduces waste and extends the life of composite materials.
